3. Orders & Contract Formation

A contract between you and WORK ASSIST UK  is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

The contract consists of these Terms & Conditions, your order details, the order confirmation we send you, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion.

If an order is cancelled, you will not be charged.

4. Pricing & Payment

We accept major payment cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Discount and voucher codes may only be redeemed according to their advertised terms.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, goods should arrive within 30 days unless otherwise stated.

WORK ASSIST UK make every effort to ensure that your order is received, as ordered, in pristine condition. We take pride in dispatching all items as accurately, quickly and neatly as possible.

However, occasionally orders may be damaged during transit or items may be missing from the delivery. Any damaged or missing goods must be reported to WORK ASSIST UK within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at office@yamatsune.co.uk

Provided you notify us within 14 days of delivery of any damaged or missing goods, we will arrange for the appropriate response to be actioned. This may be the replacement of an item or a refund.

When receiving your order, it is important that you follow the steps below:

  • All damaged or missing products must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
  • Once your order arrives, please carefully check the contents without ripping or damaging the packaging.
  • If you find any products to be damaged, please contact us within the required 14 days period.

6. Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are 100% happy with your WORK ASSIST UK purchase. However, if you would like to return your item for any reason, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to notify us of your intention to return.

Before returning your item, please notify us first at: office@yanatsune.co.uk

Once approved, please return your item via a tracked or recorded delivery service:

  • Prepare your package to be sent to our warehouses.
  • Please return your item unused and in the original packaging
  • Please ensure that any returned goods are well packaged (as damaged goods cannot be refunded!)
  • Please enclose a small cover note which tells us your name, address, order number, the item(s) being returned and whether you would like a refund.
  • Send your package to our warehouse and keep the tracking number of your postage! 
  • Whilst it's not mandatory, we advise that you obtain a proof of postage for the items refunded (We are also unable to refund missing items)

Note: Any goods returned in used condition will only be refunded if they have a manufacturing defect.

Note: The return cost will be determined by WORK ASSIST UK based on the item's condition and reason for return. Follow the instructions in our return authorisation email before sending items back.

7. Your Right to Cancel

If you purchased online, you have a legal right to cancel before dispatch.

To cancel before your order is shipped:

Email office@yamatsune.co.uk with your order number.

A full refund will be given for all cancelled orders that are yet to be delivered. If you have received your goods and wish to return them, please follow our returns policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All WORK ASSIST UK branding, images, designs, logos, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will WORK ASSIST UK be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):

  • loss of data
  • loss of revenue or anticipated profits
  • loss of business
  • loss of opportunity

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

However, consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland will also retain any rights provided under their respective legal systems.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed, and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
